Week of 2/17 to 2/22 Team Update
Subject: Important Updates for Alpharetta High School Track Team
Dear Parents,
I hope this email finds you well. We have several important updates regarding the track team that we would like to share with you.
Player Pack Items: The first order of warm-ups has arrived. T-shirts for the girls will be distributed on Wednesday, while the boys' T-shirts will be available on Friday, possibly Monday. Compression gear is expected to arrive by Friday. If not, all athletes participating in this Saturday's meet will need to wear black compression gear.
Uniform Deposit: Each athlete is required to provide a $50.00 refundable deposit for their uniform tops. This deposit will be returned at the end of the season once the uniform is returned.
Fee Payment: Please note that if your fees have not been paid by March 1, 2025, your athlete will not receive their player pack items. You can check the status of your payments and orders in the attached spreadsheet here.
Volunteers Needed: Thank you to all the parents who have volunteered so far. We need everyone's help to make this meet and our program a success this season. If you have not already, please sign up to volunteer for this weekend's meet or consider taking on a board position.
